1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://northgridhq.com and software products published by Northgrid Labs (operated by Zewen Fu, "we", "us", or "our"), including the LinkPulse: Broken Link & Redirect Checker browser extension ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or purchasing a license for the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Software License & Permitted Use

LinkPulse offers a free starter tier (5 full-feature audits) and paid subscription plans ("LinkPulse Pro"). Upon purchasing a valid LinkPulse Pro subscription, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate and use LinkPulse Pro on up to three (3) browser profiles owned or controlled by you for personal or commercial website auditing.

You may not resell, publicly share, sublicense, or redistribute your license key.
You may not use the Software to conduct denial-of-service attacks, abusive automated scraping, or unlawful network probing against third-party systems.

3. Merchant of Record, Billing & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding billing and handles returns and applicable sales tax/VAT.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly ($2.60 USD/month) or annual ($15.00 USD/year) basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt email or by emailing [email protected].

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are covered by an unconditional 14-day money-back refund window from the transaction date, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because third-party web servers, firewalls, and CDNs may throttle or alter automated HTTP responses, Northgrid Labs does not warrant that link status results will be error-free in every network environment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
