Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Unconditional 14-Day Right to Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of LinkPulse Pro or any software product sold by Northgrid Labs on https://northgridhq.com for any reason, you are entitled to a full, unconditional refund within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date—without needing to provide a reason.

2. How to Request a Refund

All orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, you can use either method below:

Email us directly at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout or your Paddle receipt/transaction ID (txn_...), and we will process your full refund promptly; or
Use the buyer support link inside your Paddle order confirmation email or visit paddle.net.

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method (typically appearing on your statement within 3–5 business days) and the associated Pro license key is deactivated.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time using the Manage Subscription link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations stop all future recurring charges while allowing your license to remain active through the end of your paid billing period (unless a full refund is requested within the 14-day refund window).
